Here we need to explain what we understand be self-governance, what their key features are: We also need to explain why we structure this through innternal relations on the one hand and external relations on the other. -> It would be good to do it in plain language straight away. And finally, we need to add something about the inner / external correspondences and linkages, perhaps framed as part of a transition strategy.
