Organisationen, die bereits bedarfsgetrieben, wertgetrieben oder kundenzentrisch sind, finden das unmittelbar einleuchtend.
Mit Soziokratie 3.0 ist der Sinn (“Purpose”) immer implizit klar - Wertschöpfung bezogen auf den Bedarf der Organisation.
